We just celebrated Ellie’s first Easter! That was her last ‘first’ Holiday. I think she had a good day. She looked cute in her dress, received enough Easter baskets it was like Christmas (thanks everyone!) and saw a lot of her family. I took a lot of pictures 🙂
She’s getting closer and closer to walking. She’s standing for longer periods of time by herself and I think she took one step today, but I couldn’t make her do it again so I’m not sure. It won’t be long though. She’ll be so happy. She crawls when she has to, but she’s so happy when she’s standing/walking.
Ellie has also started making more facial expressions lately – it’s cute.
Today was Take Your Child to Work Day, and Ellie came in to work with me for a few hours. She was a little overwhelmed at first, but soon warmed up when she discovered we could have lunch and there were plenty of people to tell her how cute she was.
Now it’s just a countdown to her birthday. Only a few more days of being a baby. Sigh.
